About Me

I am a nurse, an aspiring writer, wife, mother, and grandmother, searching for inner peace and unconditional love. I live a clean and mindful life after years of struggling to gain control of my PTSD, depression, anxiety, and alcohol misuse disorder.   

My goal is to use both my personal and professional experience and my passion for writing to end the stigma of mental illness that permeates society and healthcare.
